Taxes + Duties

*Important* We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any taxes or duties for any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK. Any customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders outside of the UK

If a package is returned to us due to customs issues when shipped internationally it must be re-sent with postage paid by customer

 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Once the tracking number has been given, the parcel no longer becomes the responsibility of Lalo The Shop Ltd. If your parcel has become lost, we will endeavour to help you find it - please email info@lalotheshop.com

LALO cannot be responsible for packages once they have shipped and in the rare case that a package goes missing or is lost once shipped we cannot cover costs or refund for lost parcels

Once we’ve relinquished packages to Royal Mail, and have provided you with a tracking number, it becomes your responsibility to trace the package, should you not be at home to receive it and consequently miss your delivery time. 

Please call your local post office depot quoting your tracking number before contacting us, as the parcel will most likely be there. However, if Royal Mail have attempted delivery twice, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the redelivery charges

If a package is marked ‘delivered’ but not found, there is a chance it may have been taken by mistake or stolen from the residence after delivery and is then the responsibility of the owner/renter, and we cannot be expected to replace the item

RETURNS

Orders can be returned undamaged and unused with no signs of wear within 14 days to:

We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not in its original condition.
Once returned, a refund will be processed to your original payment method - this may take up to 5 working days.
